Side view showing the silhouette and body proportions of the Blender model.
Top view of the antlers. Slicing created a specific surface texture I am investigating how to remove. This is the first print using the Bambu Lab AMS.
Image of the support structures and sprues. The PLA caused stringing on the antlers, showing the material is not suited for these thin details.
The black material performed better for the fine details. This filament captured the antler points with more precision than the previous test.
I modelled this stag in Blender and 3D printed it using PLA. This print allows for a check of the silhouette and proportions. It would be nice to use this model for wax casting and mold making in future projects...
